BillFlash - New Services Coming

Last week NexTrust announced at the McKesson VAR Summit when several new services will be launched. These new services will be available in Q1 2012.

Here are the basics of what was announced at the conference.

Delivery Services:

â€¢ Print / Mail
â€¢ eBill (New)

Payment Services:

â€¢ ePay (New)
â€¢ OfficePay (New)

This suite of services provides healthcare providers and billing services several methods of delivering statements and then receiving payments.

When I try to view an eStatement Medisoft, I get a login/password error and don't get connected to Bill Flash. I'm guessing it's because Billflash had me make a new password. How do I reset the password in Medisoft so that when I try to view a statement from Medisoft, the page will open up in Billflash? Thanks. Ed Sullivan

Go to Lists -> EDI Receivers and you should find an entry for BillFlash. Edit that record and you can update your password.
