Important Notice Regarding RelayHealth Processing Services

Ensuring that customers receive accurate billing and transaction services is part of McKesson's commitment to superior service.

To that end, McKesson began auditing its billing process for customers, including its Electronic Claims, Electronic Remittance, Paper Claims, and Electronic Verification Eligibility solutions (i.e., Processing Services), on August 8, 2011. From time to time, McKesson will verify that the registered providers listed by customers in their Processing Services Agreement(s) are consistent with the number of providers actively accessing the Processing Services during each billing period. Thereafter, McKesson will begin billing its customers for any providers beyond those listed in exhibit A of the Processing Services Agreement that are actively accessing the Processing Services.

Going forward, we encourage all of our customers to review their monthly billing statements for accuracy and make any necessary updates to the number of providers actively accessing the Processing Services by contacting EDI Enrollment. Updating EDI Enrollment as soon as providers are added or terminated at your facility will help ensure that billing is accurate and up to date.
