Do you mean you want to attach a prescription to the claim? Or do you want to indicate on the claim that you sent an electronic prescription as part of the visit?

The reporting of electronic prescriptions to Medicare on claims has ended. Instead you can to use an electronic health record (EHR) and achieve meaningful use to get reimbursement back from Medicare or Medicaid. Be sure the EHR is certified for meaningful use.
