Important Notice Regarding Software Assurance Backlog

McKesson is currently experiencing a backlog of software assurance orders. Recognizing the difficulties this backlog presents for you, the following steps have been taken to remedy the challenge.
  • • Approved overtime for all Client Care representatives
    • Proactive serial number lookup for eligibility verification
    • Long-term strategy planning to refine the request process for future orders
Be assured that McKesson is working diligently to fulfill approximately 1,500 practice management and EHR assurance orders as soon as possible.
