To ensure a successful Practice Partner 9.5 upgrade experience, Physician Practice Solutions has developed a software distribution process that requires meeting a specific set of criteria. All criteria must be met in order for McKesson to distribute the generally available software. The software distribution criteria are:

• • You must be current on your accounts receivable (A/R is 30 days or less).
  • You must have an Active Support Agreement currently in place.
  • You must be on the following product release live in production or on a test system:
  • o Practice Partner Release 9.4.x
    o Medisoft Clinical v16 (contains Practice Partner 9.4.x)
    o Lytec MD 2010 (contains Practice Partner 9.4.x)
  • You must meet or exceed the minimum technical requirement specifications as published by McKesson.
