Important Notice Regarding Practice Partner Clearinghouse

The Practice Partner Clearinghouse experienced technical difficulties 3/16/2011, which have now been resolved.

Issue:
The Practice Partner Clearinghouse experienced a shortage of disk space causing electronic claim files and carrier reports to stop processing. Claim files submitted during this time were waiting in queue, and once the issue was resolved the backlog of files were processed.

Last night (Thursday, March 17, 2011) McKesson completed scheduled monthly maintenance on the Practice Partner Clearinghouse. During this scheduled maintenance they also increased the available disk space to prevent the issue from recurring.

Customer Action:
Currently electronic claim files and carrier reports are being processed. At this time there is no backlog of claim files or carrier reports to be processed. If you submitted an electronic claim file yesterday and do not have confirmation that your file was received by Practice Partner, please resubmit your claim file now.
