• Your impact: Occasional opening of ScriptWriter Gives Rise to Freezing in Medisoft Clinical

We are seeing occasional freezing when opening ScriptWriter following the 01/26/2022 patches, contingent on timing.

Matter:
The temporary files generated by the browser may be locked or you may have deficient authorization in your temporary file location. This may cause the ScriptWrite to suspend.

Workaround:
If you undergo this matter, you may close the ScriptWriter and present chart, then re-open the chart and choose the New Rx once more.

Resolution:
Contact your Value-Added Reseller to download a replacement browser program which will need to be manually put on your computer.

The upcoming patch set will automatically install the new browser program.
