Medisoft EHR 11.2.1 Patch for 2/3/2022

MAJOR PATCH NOTE:

Walker Tek has been informed of a possible scenario where the CCDA communication operation from MEDISOFT EHR to the Updox Patient Portal may fail and/or dispatch an identical CCDA to the wrong patient. In the case where numerous patients are invited to the Patient Portal at the same time, there is the possibility that the CCDA dispatch that is commenced for these Patient's initial invitation may bring about a failure or it may dispatch the identical CCDA to an extra patient, thus dispatching wrong patient details to one of the invited patients. Though this circumstance is not likely to happen, to date we are only informed of one example, the possibility of this happening is being treated as critical and this hotfix has been delivered to solve this matter.

Flaw Synopsis:
92405 - CCDA -In infrequent instances, a CCDA for the wrong patient could be dispatched and attached to an additional patient’s Updox account. This matter has been solved.
