Ultrasound Integration

I am getting new ultrasound machines. Supposedly they have EMR capability.
Does anyone have experience in this? I am getting two Samsung machines, one for each office.
I am getting an H60 and an R7
Do these connect and download images and a report to medisoft clinical? Where do they get imported?
Does the sono have to be connected to a PC, or does the sono connect directly to my network?
Is it easier to just print the report and images for Zoom scanning?
