Scribes

Some of the docs in the office type and click the links for pre-filled notes very fast. One of the docs doesn't type very fast.
I'm curious if anyone out there has used scribes with Medisoft Clinical.
If so, did you use a scribe with a template, or just have the scribe type in everything freehand?
In other words, did the scribe learn your templates and what to click, or does the scribe literally just start typing when the doctor begins to speak?
