After scanning, I have our system designed so that the scanned images from within Zoom are archived into another directory. Is this really needed or am I just creating more junk on on of my drives? I have an external drive that I am using for other things, including this. Is this needed at all or is it overkill?

The Zoom Archive is an archive of everything that got loaded with Zoom. I think you can safely delete anything more than a year old out of this folder.
