Bring Up-To-Date your Webview message dispatcher address

We have noticed that some of you are still employing [email protected] as your dispatcher address on Webview messages. On November 12, 2018, Webview messages employing a dispatcher address of [email protected] will no longer be handled by eMDs.

To view your Webview dispatcher address:

Examine the ppart directory files WebViewPatientMessage.txt and WebViewConsultantMessage.txt in your preferred text editor. The dispatcher address will be behind the "$FROM:" on the primary row.

Follow the instructions underneath to alter your Webview dispatcher address:

If you are employing the default SMTP server arrangement (meaning the SMTP variable in your ppart networkconfig.ini configuration file is not set) bring up-to-date your Webview message dispatcher address to [email protected] as follows:
1. Login to your WebView as the Site Administrator
2. In the Setup area, click Message Notifications.
3. Click the Save button.
When saving, the message patterns are revised with the new dispatcher address ([email protected]).
