Medisoft Clinical and Practice Choice – Direct Messages Neglecting to Transmit due to Timeout Faults

• Your impact: Direct Messages are not actually directed or obtained and registrations are not processing

eMDs Support has recognized a matter where Direct Messages were not at all times actually broadcast or obtained and new registrations are timing out.

eMDs Support and Development are investigating the matter to decide origin and the stages to solve.

If you obtain a timeout on Medisoft Clinical, then the system will try to resend till the communication is transferred so no act is required.

If you obtain a timeout fault on Practice Choice, then you will want to resend your communication when the matter has been tackled.

eMDs Support has fixed the problem stopping direct messages from reaching the clearinghouse as of 2:55 pm CST this day.
