  • • Connected Problem: When the 5/10/2017 V11.0 Repair is employed, then the Patient's and ID do not show for EEFs made prior to the update on the Electronic Encounter Forms catalog.
    • Release impacted: V11
    • Your impact: Although the chart number and patient name do not show on the chief display all additional information and the account number do. The EEFs may be chosen and worked and the name will show on the Edit display.
Problem:
After the 5/10 Repairs, the EEF catalog does not display Patient name and ID.

Workaround:
The account number will show and the EEFs may nevertheless be amended.

Promise:
Practice Partner Bug 195983: When 5/10 Repairs EEF catalog does not display Patient name and ID has been made and fix is aimed for today.

Solution:
Employ the 11.1 Repair for 5/12/2017 repair which comprises the fix for Practice Partner Bug 195983: Following the 5/10 Repairs, the EEF catalog does not display Patient name and ID.
