We have obtained information that some of you are getting intermittent "Http Communication Problem: The remote server returned an error" faults for ePrescriptions and refills. eMDs is now researching the basis of this routing problem.

At this occasion you may see an upsurge in faxed refills and should you obtain this on a new prescription you will want to reprocess the script to guarantee it gets communicated to the drugstore.

eMDs Support and Development have found the reason and have fixed the issue where you were getting intermittent "Http Communication Problem: The remote server returned an error" faults for ePrescriptions and refills.

If you had a prescription impacted by this matter you will want to reprocess the script to guarantee it gets communicated to the drugstore.
