Not all items from a lab order get credit when running EHR Performance Metrics Report.

In Medisoft Clinical, when ordering lab order "Peripheral Neuropathy Panel" consisting of:

1 Comprehensive metabolic panel
2 Glucose, fasting
3 ESR
4 Vitamin B12
5 Folate
6 TSH
7 Vitamin D, 25
8 ANA
9 Rheumatoid Factor
10 Lymes Titer ELISA
11 C-Reactive Protein
12 Serum Protein Electrophoresis

The EHR Performance Metrics Report (PMSI) only gives/counts credits towards lab order items #2, #3, #4, #6 and #7 (5/12 items are credited) when the results are put in the appropriate tables.

So this means if the other 7 items are not manually deleted before ordering they will be counted towards ordered items, but not towards reported items (even if the results are put in the table), resulting in a lower percentage of reported lab results.

Is there a solution for this issue?

Unfortunately, we will need to see the specifics on what you are trying to do to answer this one. This would be considered billable training time. The short answer though is this is part of the reason why the bar is set to only 30% to hit this particular measure. Of course, you will want to get credit for everything you can so you don't unexpectedly fall short.
