January 2016 Update: McKesson is now in talks with DrFirst. They have not finished an agreement with DrFirst at this point and expect this to take at least 30 days to finish. If you want to begin the EPCS procedure throughout this interval, you can sign up immediately with DrFirst via their gateway. This agreement will be involving you and DrFirst. This entails that all set up, teaching, and help for EPCS will be performed directly by DrFirst (http://www.drfirst.com/products/epcs-go ... hysicians/).
The “onboarding” procedure (Identity Proofing and token allocation) just needs to occur on one occasion. If you do this in “Stand Alone,” you will not need to do it over in the combined solution.
