I want to warn you to a possible concern with the Clinical Summary transfer. It seems that the PP ver 11.0 Hotfix Patches release for June 4, 2015 may have triggered the ccda records that are made to be structured erroneously. If you have not applied any Hotfix Patches published in June, you can run your Clinical Summary transfer and present your information. If you have previously applied those repairs, please understand that the Clinical Summary transfer may make corrupt records that will need an update. I will keep you up-to-date once I understand further.
