NDC Codes can not be edited or added

I can not seem to edit NDC codes any longer.. I have opened RX templates, tried to edit missing codes with no luck.. system will not even focus on NDC code box much less allow edit..

Is there something that needs ticked in the setup? I have looked through everything I can find but nothing about allowing "NDC edits"

Logged on with admin and Hi permissions but no luck...

Yes, the Merge Template utility can get many of them. Otherwise you can tick the Update Rx Template checkbox on the ePrescribing window after you enter the NDC code.
