Unable to open Patient tab. Receiving this message:

Can't figure out the solution.

Make sure anti-virus is set to exclude the folder where Medisoft Clinical is installed and then uninstall the Medisoft Clinical client and re-install it.

What version of Windows do you have? Did you do the rest of the steps?
