Connect MFC Application stopped working error on server

Since upgrading, our server gets a "Connect MFC Application has stopped working" error constantly. Pops up probably 18 times a day. We use Medisoft PM/Office Hours and Medisoft Clinical 19. I noticed that there are now "Watchdog" and "Mirth Connect" software running. I think this may be the communication bridge between Medisoft and Medisoft Clinical??? However, since upgrading, the two programs do not smoothly communicate at all. Patients who have rescheduled their appointments or cancelled still show up on the Medisoft Clinical schedule dashboard. This is extremely confusing for the doctor because his dash is not reflecting his true schedule. Does anyone know if this error is related to the programs communicating with one another? How do I fix this?
