.IPH and .ISH not pulling info into notes since upgrade

We have been using Medisoft Clinical for a couple of years and use a few of our own templates. The templates have the dot codes .IPH, .ISH, .IFH, .IMP and .ICM contained in them. Prior to V19 upgrade all the info was correctly pulled into the progress note. Just noticed since upgrade that the .IPH and .ISH fields are not in the progress notes now. Can't figure out why or what happened.

.IPT: This Dot code inserts the patientâ€™s past medical history. This Dot code now has a note title parameter.
.IPH: note title
For example, .IPH: Cardiology History

.ISH: This Dot code inserts the patientâ€™s social history. This Dot code now has a note title parameter.
.ISH: note title
For example, .ISH: Advance directive
