Requirement for the report

Is there a place in EHR to show that reminders send to the patient. This is a core requirement for the Metrics Report.

Do you have a copy of the appropriate 2014 Practice Partner Meaningful Use Configuration and End User Training Guide? There is a separate guide depending on whether you are going for stage 1 or stage 2 meaningful use. If you need it, private message me what stage you are on and I will send you the guide. I am on stage 1. I don't think I have a user guide.
