EHR Performance Metric Report

Is there a way to run outliers report to find out the name of the patients who is either missing demographics, medications list or other parameters. It seems that my report data is not accurate. The ratio is lower then it should be.

Not really. The best thing to do is to touch each encounter for the reporting period selected & ensure each one has the data recorded. I also recommend while cleaning up demographics make certain each pt has allergies, medications, smoking status, vitals, etc. & update med rec if the program is still 9.5.2.
