The following hotfixes have been released and are now available for download through the Practice Partner Update Manager.

Hotfixes are rolled into two patches: Service Pack 2 Patches 04_01_2013 and the CQM Update 3
Summary:
106913 (TT65577): The CQM report will now process HbA1C lab results with non-numeric values (for example, >15) without error. Previously, if HbA1C lab results contained non-numeric values, the error message, “Data Type Mismatch in Criteria†was displayed. This is now resolved.
106954 (TT65414): Previously, if the date entered in the Extract To Date field (on the Clinical Quality Reporting screen) was the current date, lipid panel lab data entered for a patient on the same day was not counted towards the “Diabetes: Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) Management and Control (PQRI 2, NQF 0064)†objective’s numerator #1. This is now resolved.
106470: The EHR Performance Metrics report will now calculate the numerator and denominator for Menu Set Objective 6 - “Patient-Specific Education Material Provided†correctly. Previously, when multiple encounters were created on the same day for the same patient by different providers and the “Patient- Specific Education Materials†check box was selected for at least one of the encounters the totals for the objective were incorrect.
