- • You must be using the current release of Practice Partner 9.5.2 sp2.
• The Practice Partner Client requires a mapped drive to the PPart folder during installation and execution thereafter. If the mapped drive fails to show during the installation, please consult Windows technical manuals on how to properly set up a mapped drive.
• For Dragon users, the current supported release of Dragon does not operate under Windows 8. We recommend maintaining your current operating system.
