Hotfix for 2-25-2013

The following hotfix has been released and is now available for download through the Practice Partner Update Manager.
Note: Hotfixes that are released are for Service Pack 2 only. There will be no future hotfixes for Service Pack 1.

Summary:
TT65663: If your site has the ppart.ini switch MarkCompleteWithoutAssigningDX=ON, then Electronic Encounter Forms (EEFs) without a diagnosis code will activate the Complete button on the Electronic Encounter Select screen. However, at least one procedure code must be associated with the EEF. If no procedure code is associated with the EEF, then the Complete button becomes unavailable when you click the Page Up and/or Page Down buttons.
