Error Message After upgrade - Medical Billing - Improperly registered copy of Practice Partner. Cannot run medical billing. thanks.

Did you get a new license file for the upgrade? Sometimes the support website generates the wrong license file. If that is the case, you have to call support to get a corrected file. Also, medical billing is a separately licensed portion of Practice Partner, so make sure you have a license for it before you try to use it.

Thanks Gavin - Finally figured it out. Turns out that both server and CLIENT needs to be installed on the server for a thin client environment (which we are).
