Follow-up to EMR Customer Product Notification

We are pleased to announce that the Clinical Tools/Drug Interaction April update is now available for download via the Practice Partner Support website. This Clinical Tools update resolves the potential issue reported on April 6 (see below). Therefore, we recommend that users promptly download and install this update.

To receive the update, please follow these steps:
  • • Open your internet browser and go to https://support.practicepartner.com
    • Log in with valid website credentials
    • Click on the View Product Details link on the right hand side of the page
    • If your site has Formulary, click on the Formulary product. If your site has only Clinical Tools, click on the Clinical Tools product
    • Click on Download an Update
    • Click on the version displayed under the Current Version heading. This will start your download.

Communicated on April 6: A potential issue has been identified with drug-problem checking in Practice Partner, Medisoft Clinical and Lytec MD software such that the checking may be incomplete. Prescribers are advised to verify the presence or absence of drug-problem interactions until our next Clinical Tools update is available for download in a few days.
