PPConnect Version 9.5.2 has been Re-released

In an effort to fix defect 63786 that prevented Medisoft Clinical and Lytec MD sites from installing more than one copy of the PPConnect interface engine, the 9.5.2 version of PPConnect has been re-released.

Any Medisoft Clinical or Lytec MD site that was previously experiencing difficulties with installing or upgrading PPConnect should download the 9.5.2 version from the Practice Partner Support Page in order to have successful installations.

To receive the update, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the above link to the PP Support Page
2. Log in with valid website credentials
3. Click on the View Product Details link on the right hand side of the page
4. Click on the PPConnect Product
5. Click on Download an Update
6. Click on the version displayed under the Current Version heading. This will start your download.

In the event that PPConnect is not a listed product on your products page, please contact your Medisoft Clinical/Lytec MD reseller in order to get the product added to your account.

Sites with Practice Partner will see no difference in the installer for PPConnect.
