Clincal 9.5.1 license issue

We have a site that has to constantly release their clinical licenses. Even though licstat shows they are not all used up. There are a few other sites that occasionly have this issue. However, just this one site has to do this several times a day.

They have been shown/told that they need to log out by using the red X and not the X in the upper right hand corner.

Do you have any ideas/suggestions?

Using the Park function and running under Remote Desktop and then closing Remote Desktop without exiting Practice Partner first are a couple of other possibilities.
