Printing issue

Good Day,
I wonder if I can get some hlep on this issue. Wasn't sure whether to post it here or under Medisoft Clinical.

One of our users is having issues everytime she attempts to print prescriptions in Medisoft Clinical from her laptop, signed in as herself. It causes the application to shut down. We are running v16 of Medisoft Clinical and the OS on the laptop is Windows 7 (32 bit). It seems when she's logged in as Administrator it doesn't cause the app to crash as much.

Any ideas?

I think there were problems using Medisoft Clinical v16 with Windows 7. You should request from your Medisoft Reseller, Medisoft Clincial v17 sp2.1 and plan to install that as soon as possible. If you have paid support and maintenance you should get the software, but you may need to purchase installation services.
