If you are sending claims with Revenue Management this is found in Configure -> Preferences -> Revenue Management tab in the Interchange and Group fields. Some clearinghouses or direct payers require you send a unique file number for the entire span of time since you have started submitting claims through them. So bump these numbers up beyond the number of files that you have ever submitted before.

It doesn't go on the paper claim. It goes on the electronic claim. Are you doing print image claims?

One of the claim control number is too long to enter in the field
Also one of the NDC has 12 numbers instead of 11

According to the FDA, the NDC is supposed to be 10 digits. Are you sure you have a valid NDC code?
You shouldn't need to enter such a large claim control number. It just needs to be unique for YOU. Try entering a number like 10,000 and you should be fine. The number will automatically bump up each time you create a claim file.
