Hi,

We are using Medisoft V19. We have posted unprocessed transactions from Clinical, created claims in claim management. Now were sending the ANSI format claims using Revenue Management. We always perform Check Claims before sending. On the Send after selecting the gatway, it has presented a window for review of the claims and reported error in few claims. On that window assuming that it will exclude the erroneous claims from this batch, we have selected delete error claims and everything went OK.

But this has deleted the claims permanently and could not be found in Revenue management or claim management or pending for claims creation as when we do create claims, it does nothing saying no new claims are generated.

Where and how can I find these deleted claims from Revenue management from claim review window?

If you go to Claims Management and select Create Claims, then any deleted claims will be recreated assuming your transactions are still setup to generate the claims.

Hi,

When we do create claims in claims management, it does not recreate those claims. Is there a way we can find the list of transactions without valid claim number and then check those transactions which does not have claims?

If you have Medisoft Advanced or Network Pro, then you can go to Reports -> Medisoft Reports -> Insurance Data Analysis -> Insurance Data Analysis and that can provide a lot of information about invalid claim information.

I was able to figure out that the claims marked as remove from Revenue management send review window (remove with errors) - claim status got changed to alert.
