Unable to print NF-3 claims in 1 template

Post by andy_medsol » Wed Sep 14, 2016 12:07 pm

In New York we are required to submit a NF-3 form on at least the 1st claim for any patients, usually the initial office visit. The rest of claims can be done on hicfa's. The NF-3 is 2 pages long, and the only way I can get around to printing on both pages is to print and reprint the claim to 2 different templates, which I had to prepare through the Medisoft Report Designer. Has anyone ever set up any single templates for printing NF-3 claims? Is there a way to condense 2 templates into 1?

If you are good at writing reports, then you'll need Medisoft Reports Pro to write this. If you want us to write the report for you, then fax me an example of both pages (black out any patient specific info) with your contact info and I will get back with a quote to write the report for you. You will need Medisoft Advanced v15 or higher.

My fax is 417-890-6788.

Thank you Gavin. I'm running on v20 and do have reports pro. I've played a lot with custom reports and I think if I can change the printer setup to 23 inches and allow any of the bands to 22 inches then I can get all the fields required for 2 pages to print. I will give it a try first, and I thank you for pointing me to the right direction. Your advice is much appreciated!
