having trouble checking claims. after claims are created and it goes to revenue management to be checked, at that point I have a few claims that says ( no claims set to ready for primary insurance) "nothing to check" they are not batching and not showing as being checked.... HELP : :?

My guess is you are trying to generate primary insurance claims, but none of your claim records have the primary insurance set to a status of Ready to Send. Or, media type 1 is not set to Electronic. Have you ever sent any claims through Revenue Management? It sounds like it is just NOT setup at all. What clearinghouse are you trying to do?
