i am trying to print a claim to send to secondary ins by paper and i get a message stating there are no claims to be printed using the specified filters.

There are many reasons for this, but the bottom line is Medisoft doesn't think insurance is responsible for any charges entered into Medisoft. This can be because on the Case you have Cash Case checked. If so, uncheck that and then click Update All in Transaction Entry.
