Claim denied

Hello. I send a claim through my clearing house and it gets denied due to Icd-10.
Just for one particular insurance. For the other insurances, no problem.
Please advise.

If I were taking a guess, you probably don't have the ICD-10 cut-over date setup on that insurance.
