Program File section under EDI receivers

I was, up until now, submitting a print image to my clearinghouse. Under the EDI receiver and on the ID Tab had a program file of "CMS11.EXE" and on the Extras Tab a report type of "CMS11" listed. What would normally go in these spots if I wasn't creating a print image file to send to my clearinghouse?
I can't find anything, anywhere on what it should be and the Help section in Medisoft says: Program File: Enter the module's program file. The electronic claims manual will tell you what to enter in this field.
