icd 10 error h101-01= bk loop 2300

I am having the same error as another post - but your answer was may be using older iguide? not sure what that is. Can you explain a little more for me. I recently upgraded from ms 17 to ms19.

Despite the fact that you upgraded to version 19, your iGuide does not automatically change when you upgrade. You need to select the appropriate Medisoft v19 5010 iGuide.

Ok - I looked under IG did not see the ms19 listed. Mine shows (MS17 5010 Prof Claims Direct ConnectAvaility 2) now but none for ms 19. I took off check mark to show all but did not see it listed. Is there another way to find it? Is this the only plae it needs to be changed?

Yes, that is the problem then. You need to edit the receiver and switch to the correct MS19 iGuide. It is kind of tricky how to navigate, but I walked someone here how to do that recently.
