V19 mistakes major medical for Medicare

I get an error message on electronic billing of major medical Insurance Co. "Medicare Coverage Too many Dx codes selected for the charge" The software is thinking I am billing Medicare when I am not

Well the error message might say Medicare, but did you select more than 4 diagnosis pointers on the charge?

yes, I did have 6 Dx codes

You can have a maximum of 12 diagnosis on a claim, but there is a maximum of ticking 4 diagnosis pointers per charge line. Don't tick more than 4 for any line item.
