ICD 10 code not accepted in Medisoft V19

I did all the mapping but the first code I checked 314.00 it mapped it to V1541 which is a totally different diagnosis. The correct code would be F90.0. I tried to add a new diagnosis code in medisoft (just like I always have in the past when needed) and it will not accept the F90.0 code. It shows up red and said it is invalid which it is a valid code. How do I get the program to accept the code so that I can get this billed out?
