You did the mapping? Where are you wanting to see ICD10 codes. It does not automatically convert your ICD9s to 10s in transaction entry. There are some 9s that have multiple 10s and this would not work. If you are sending claims and they are not going as ICD10 you need to select a code with an ICD10. Make sure that your insurances are set to ICD10 with effective date of 10/1/2015. You can do all of them by going to Tools > Services> Set ICD version.

I have tried numerous ways to change to ICD-10...I have mapped my codes, changed them manually for each patient, and added the new codes to the ones that didn't map. I can't change the top code in V19, it doesn't let me. Even though it prints the correct code on the Claim Preview Report, my test claims are being denied. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have your ICD-10 codes setup as ICD-9 codes. The early release of Medisoft v19 generated the codes incorrectly. Install the service pack and hot fix and run ClearICD10Utility.exe.

I downloaded and installed the service pack and hot fix. How do I run ClearICD10Utility.exe?

Just browse to it in Windows Explorer and double-click. Search the term here on the forum, I provided steps recently.
