"Done" claims still being listed in Claims Management

Hi. I have been frustrated by a niggling 
little thing in MediSoft Claims Management. Even thought I have the box checked for "Exclude Done" on the filter, I still see Done claims listed. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks so much!

Are you on the secondary claims or are you showing both primary and secondary? I am thinking it is showing secondary that are ready to send.

There are 3 statuses on the claim. One for primary, secondary, and tertiary. All 3 need to be marked Done for the Exclude Done option to work.

Even if there is only a primary insurance involved?

So there is only Primary Insurance? It is still showing when status is done? Need to make sure all statuses for that claim are done.

Yes. They all have only a Primary insurance and no other and the Done are still listed.

The default status of secondary and tertiary will be Done if there is only primary insurance, but the status can be manually set. Just double-click one of the claims and go to each of the 3 insurance tabs.
