Hello,

So when I got into Encoder pro there are two box you can check one for icd9 and one for 10 but the 10 is not allowing me to check that box? also when I am in the mapping tab and I click my codes to convert to icd10 it checks them and I see the code, but when I got to the dx list they are not there, and I do have all boxes checked to show icd10 codes? Am I missing something?

You must search for and ICD-9 code. Then click the 10 button and then select the ICD-10 code and then you can click the Map button.
