ICD-10 Mapping utility
I am attempting to use 9 to 10 mapping, however the select and create buttons do not appear at bottom of table. I am able to check boxes and ICD-10 codes populate but I do not have an option to Create Selected Codes.

Is your screen size set to Smaller(Default). This will cause issues with windows in Medisoft. You will want to go to your Display settings and make sure it is set correctly.
