Hello,

I ungraded last year to the new 19 version of medisoft for ICD10 conversion. We spent over $1000 on software and I was told throught the company I got it from, that I was not going to have any issues. Well, the company I come to find out it was sold and I am unable to get any technical support unless I spend $630 (I am not happy with them)
I went to test my file with the clearing house and everything seems to be good...EXCEPT...that when i export my file to them I loose the number (0) on box number 21. I can print it without a problem and everything shows fine. My clearing house told me that I need to contact my software company...

It sounds like you are doing print image claims. You need to switch to submit claims in ANSI 5010 format. We charge $150 to set this up for ANY clearinghouse for the first practice to new customers. Private message me your contact information if you want to do this.
