ICD 10 not printing

I've been trying input the new ICD 10 codes in the diagnosis field under the patient claim. I set the ICD 10 under Program Options, entered the ICD 10 codes in the diagnosis code list and set the Insurance for ICD 10 with an effective date of 6/8/15 (all on my laptop not the working computer so I won't mess up my day to day inputs). However when I try to change from ICD 9 to ICD 10 codes under the patient file, the code flips back to ICD 9. What am I missing? Please help!

Is this Medisoft? Did you generate your ICD-10 codes in the database by going to Tools -> Services -> Create ICD-10 Mappings?
