ConnectCenter consumes immediate and past info to warn you concerning claim matters and possible glitches.

The Claim Health Vitals section delivers a summary of your claim performance and warns you about exception info.

Watching your claim info throughout time helps you control where you should center your energies. You can bore downward into any section to see the claims that demand care and the particulars essential to work the open issues.

To adapt the claim info shown in the Claim Health Vitals section, use the filters to alter the date style and span.

In the Date Type pull-down catalog, choose the date that is applied to group your claim info. There are three choices:
  • • Submit (the date the claim was presented to RelayHealth)
    • Service (the service date of the claim)
    • Sent to Payer (the date RelayHealth directed the claim to the payer)
Use the From and To fields to insert a date span for the claims. OR you can choose an exact date period from the pull-down catalog, comprising:
  • • Today
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 14 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Last 60 Days

Notice: If info is not obtainable for the conditions you chose, a Data Not Available message shows.

ConnectCenter supplants RelayHealth's relic Collaboration Compass site. All current functionality has been relocated to ConnectCenter with the exclusion of the Submitter Registration procedure.
