RelayHealth will be doing system upkeep starting 8 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 12, 2015 and stopping 11 p.m. CT.
Claim transactions can be directed to RelayHealth throughout the upkeep period. These transactions will be detained at RelayHealth and processed when upkeep is finished. Throughout this time frame, RelayHealth real time eligibility and claims status transaction processing will not be accessible.
Action Needed: Be conscious of the planned upkeep and please do not present eligibility and claims status transactions to RelayHealth throughout the time frame above.
